Q: Where does your product ship from?

A: It will ship from the closest warehouse to your zip code that has the product in stock.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: We want to accommodate most returns as long as they are unused and in their original packaging material. You will only be charged for shipping and a minimal restock fee. If there is any issue with the product from our end, we will promptly make it right.

Q: What is your warranty policy?

A: All our accessories carry at least a 90-day warranty. The warranty does not cover abuse.

Q: How are shipping charges calculated?

A: We have integrated tools to provide the lowest quote for your purchased items. The more you purchase, the lower your aggregate shipping cost.

Q: Do you accept purchase orders?

A: Yes, if you are a large established health system or an established customer with MedGrocery.

Q: Do I have to fill out a credit approval paperwork?

A: Yes, if you would like extended terms. Please reach out to contact@medgrocery.com for approval paperwork. Setting this up can take up to 3 business days.

Q: Do you offer discount coupons or repeat customer discounts?

A: Yes, from time to time we run promotions. Our established customers are eligible for flat rate discounts.

Q: What quality standards do you follow?

A: Our products are approved by the FDA and our vendors are carefully vetted to meet the ISO 13485:2016 quality standards during their manufacturing process.
